My first appointment is the 13th of this month and it will put me right at 7 weeks since the first day of my last period. My doctors office does an internal ultrasound to determine gestation age on your first visit. I wasn't nearly as nervous with my son, but I'm scared to death this time that there may not be a heart beat. So what are the chances that there won't be a heart beat? I've not had any kind of bleeding or anything like that, but I haven't had any kind of morning sickness or anything like that so it's worrying me. Thanks for your answers.
