what is the cause of lower back pain that is so bad i cant stand up and it feels like a huge knot is being twisted
 
It could be a wide variety of things - it's best to see a doctor for a full evaluation.
 
I finally got health insurance and went to the doctor waiting on the test results on my x-rays
