What is the California law on a getting the Cobra Benefits to an employee they

terminated? I've been wrongly terminated, and I believe this corporation HR's department is not being responsible with their benefits. I have not received the Cobra benefits that they are to provide when terminating an employee. What is the timeline for them to supply this information and can I file a complaint and lawsuit?
