My best friend just moved to England (I'm in the US) and we'd like to video chat with Skype. I bought a cheap webcam (Logitech QuickCam Chat for $19) because I would only use it for this purpose. But when I use it the delay is so bad it's distracting. I'd really rather not spend more than 30 bucks on something that I'm only going to use a few times a month, but the delay is so bad I need something a little better. Any suggestions?
