For those that take DGL, which is better? Chew and swallow, disolve in mouth and swallow, or swallow whole?
Initially, I was allowing the tablets to disolve in my mouth and swallow because I wanted to cure my throat and esophogus. I thought by having it liquify would be the best way to heal those areas.
I have gastritis now and need to heal my stomach. I don't think having them disolve in my mouth is the best way because I don't think a lot of the licorice would reach my stomach. It will remain in my throat,esophogus, and mouth.
What about swallowing the tablets whole?
