What is the best way to prepare for an all you can eat buffet?

Eat a normal breakfast (whatever that maybe for you), skip lunch then go swimming right before you go to the buffet. Swimm at least 45 minutes. For some reason swimming always builds an appetite.
 
Well, you can always eat small amounts throughout the day, and drink lots of water. If you want to, go for a short jog or a long walk. Doing activities will make you more hungry.

HOWEVER.... I can't stress to you enough that an all you can eat buffet should not be taken as a challenge to eat until your body turns to pudding. Only eat what you feel comfortable eating, and don't force-feed yourself! Trust me, you will appreciate this advice later. ;)
So, unless you want to be rolled out of the restaurant while you clutch your sides, desperately trying not to hurl, don't eat too much.

I wouldn't say really dangerously starve yourself. Try not to eat anything 2 or 3 hours before going to the buffet. Also when you're there, try not to go from hot to cold. For example, don't go from like a hot soup to like ice cream. Then your stomach might hurt. Hope I helped! Oh and you could also swim before going. I know I'm usually hungry after.

Wake up in the morning...
eat a light breakfast or just a bit of tea or orange juice...NOT all 3 =P
wait 3-4 hours ..HAVE FUN =D

optional- have a good workout to increase your motabalisme<-(not sure if thats spelled right 0.0 ) ..that will make you more hungry...
 
I want to really pig out, do I starve myself prior to going to the buffet, i'm afraid my stomach will shrink. I really want to do some damage to the buffet.
