I am currently looking for work as a line cook in a pub/bar/restaurant. I have previous experience as a prep/line cook for a small catering business, as well as learning and experimenting with food on my own time. I however have no in house restaurant experience. I was hoping someone could tell me the best ways to get such a job with my experience. IE, good places to apply to/start out in, interview selling points,or anything else that could be helpful.
What is the best way to obtain a line cook position?
