My friend was having the same problem as no style or dresses will fit on her and she felt very bad on it. So she tried daily walking for 2 hrs in the morning and evening she didn't go for any typical dieting as she cant do that but walking daily has made lots of effect and she loose 5 kg in a 15 days and she is fit too
As now walking become habit of her whenever she get chance...
