what is the best way to lose weight as a teenager?

i would like to lose a bit of weight but not much just keeping healthy really. i don't have a weight problem and i don't ant any slimming products,.
can anybody help??
 
My friend was having the same problem as no style or dresses will fit on her and she felt very bad on it. So she tried daily walking for 2 hrs in the morning and evening she didn't go for any typical dieting as she cant do that but walking daily has made lots of effect and she loose 5 kg in a 15 days and she is fit too
As now walking become habit of her whenever she get chance...

I think its helps you too...
