What is the best way to lose the baby weight?

My son is 7 months old now. A year before I got pregnant I was 120lbs, and over a year or so I gained 10lbs. So i was 130 when i got pregnant, and i'm 135 now. I would like to get back to 120. I fit into all of my old clothes, but they are a bit snug, and my once toned body is now like jello. Other than light house work and taking care of a baby I have not exercised a single day. I can't afford to go to a gym and have absolutely no exercising equipment, so I was wondering how i can get into shape using just my own body that is super fast since I'm low on time with a baby.
