What is the best way to lift my 1990 lexus ls400?

i have 22' rims on my 1990 ls400 i tried lifting it with the spacers they have at auto zone the metal ones its good but is their any other way to lift it without making the coil spring open i heard its bad for your suspension n plus my shock broke on me from having old shock caused by the spacers n the shock wouldn't bounce like its suppose to. .but if i dont put spacer my rims scrap
 
you are an idiot to put 22's on a 19 year old Leus to begine with.

then to raise it!!! you got to be kidding!!!
