what is the best way to get past a drug test?

i hit a joint a few nights ago and now i got a piss test whats the best way to get around it i don't want to get someone els's piss but i will if i have to. so just give me some suggestions
and i asked this earlyer and didnt get anythin i didnt kno. i also heard a shot of vineguar would do the trick it that true?
