What is the best way to correct the fading color spots on a 1998 car's trunk?

Other than a complete paint job, do they sell touch-up paint at a car store like Tire Zone?
 
You can buy touch-up paint but due to weathering of the original paint, the car will look like a leopard if you have a lot of spots to touch up. Best to repaint.
