I am cooking brisket tomorrow, i marinated it in red wine and garlic and onions (A recipe i got from the internet) but it said cook brisket in oven for two hours. I heard brisket is supposed to be cooked really slow, so i was wondering if i should ether cook it in the slow cooker or the oven. and if it is in the over how many hours and such.
what is the best way to cook brisket?
