What is the best way to cook a leprechaun? (Relation to vital tourist info on Ireland)?

As most Irish people know Leprechauns are supposed to be extinct.

But while I was going for a walk one day, I went off the track and came across Leprechauns.

I heard they are delicious to eat.
So my question is what is the best way to cook them?

Also if I started breeding a few Leprechauns could I end up opening my own Restaurant? This would surly go down very well with the tourists. I could put in a few Trolls in the pot too for good measure.

This may help out a few people on Y.A I think.Quite frankly it is so annoying that people keep getting their accounts suspended

Anyway poem below explaining question:

One day I travelled an extra mile,
To a magical place,
There I saw leprechauns all around,
Yummy I then thought,
I envisioned a plan in due haste.

I could cook a few during the week,
And put them in a pot,
I wonder could I freeze a few?
But the taste may go off.

Steam them alive,
Hearing them scream,
Off course this may sound cruel,
But after all I am just a Crazygirl.
Or so it seems.

So what is the best way to cook them?
Please answer back,
Marinate and stir fry,
Barbequed or roast,
So much to choose from,
Or maybe even Leprechaun Toast.
