What is the best Verizon phone to get that doesn't require a data plan?

I need a new phone badly my Voyager won't even charge anymore but my parents refuse to pay the monthly data plan that comes with all of the phones I want to get such as the Droid or anything like that. I just wanted to know what phones (on Verizon) don't require a data plan and which one of the few options I should get.
