What is the best university for Business Major in Texas?

I'm currently in 2 year college, Business major in South CA and want to transfer to a 4 year university in Texas, particularly in Houston. Anyone has experience or knowledge of a some good business university there?

UT - I heard that SMU and Baylor have pretty good business programs as well. There really isn't anything in Houston in regards to a good business school. The University of Houston is down there but it really doesn't hold a candle to any of the schools I listed.
 
McCombs School of Business at UT Austin is one of the best Business schools in the United States but its probably mad hard to get in to. Good Luck
