S Sugar Pie New member Jun 13, 2009 #1 I like a rubber (or silicone) spatula, b/e I can scrape sides and bottom as I go. Some may say a whisk, but if you're baking, a whisk can overmix the two. A whisk is fine for gravies and sauces, tho.
