What is the best thing to do or use to stop my car from rattling when i play music?

bradley is right dynamat, make sure everything is tight, u can bang around with your hand to find problem areas , u can all so get a test cd with individual bass freqs, play individual tones in repeat mode and lower volumes and localize rattling and different bass tones.
 
They are both wright
but line your number plate with Dynomat you will be surprised
Dynomat on the panels that rattle will be all you need unless you want awesome quality you can go further
