What is the best surround sound headset within the following price range?

Can anyone suggest the best set of 5.1 or higher, surround sound headphones (with microphone.) within the price range of $150.00 to $250.00 AUD? I am looking for gaming based headphones only and please remember I live in Australia so don't suggest headphones only found in America or headphones in American dollar prices.

If it applies, I'd appreciate any good sound-card suggestions that will work well with the suggested headphones. (Sound-card price range - $100.00 to $150.00.)

Surround Sound in a Headset sounds good do you have six ears to distinguish between 2 speakers or has the Headphone six speakers 2 in front 2 at the rear and one in the Centre/Woofer between the two Ears, I wish I was as gullible as some and could fall for it, Pay more than $30 for a Head Set and you been HAD who spreads those rumors and why do the Makers get away with it because nobody who pays that much for a Headphone won't admit that they have made a mistake or have been a little silly (Do you also have a Mac? lol)(I only eat Mac's).
You earn to much money give it to some charity then you feel better and stopped enriching the rip off merchants
