What is the best Subwoofer and Amp combo that i can get for around 350 Dollars?

I wanna get some ok subs cheap, that will be able to run off my basic car battery power. I am using 2 cars at the moment and plan to move the subs from car to car so i always have them with me.

I am clueless about this stuff, any answers will help
