What is the best sprint/verizon phone that you can flash to metro pcs?

well i would say, idk, the lg voyager? but note that if you flash a sprint or verizon to metro you cannot send or recieve pictures, nor use the web browser, just texting and calling.
 
I need to buy a new phone. I'm on metro pcs, but I don't want to buy a metro phone. I Sony want to buy a metro pcs phone, because their phones break to easy. What do you think would be the best sprint/verizon phone that you can flash to metro?
