what is the best sport to help lose weight ?

you can loose weight on certain spots so it will all have to go
try finding a sport with lots of intense running and physical activity rugby would be quite good but i duno if girls play this netball maybe.

but i understand if you want to be skinnier.
cross country and track are great ways to loose weight.
sometime you might gain weight after workingout though
but its muscle, and muscle weighs more then fat.
to loose fat on your stomach do sit ups every night.
it doesnt take long to get your stomach toned

Well 1st of all you don't sound fat at all. If you want to tone up fine. Stomach crunches for your stomach and leg lifts. Thigh master exercises for your thighs. You are probably over analyzing your looks and are probably perfect just the way you are.
