What is the best sounding muffler for a 4 cylinder toyota 4runner?

I want something thats loud and doesnt sound ricer. its a stock 4 cylinder on a 95 4runner but im about to add cold air intake but i wouldnt think that would effect exhaust.
 
Why get something loud that will "bother people" (to put it nicely) and make the vehicle maybe not pass smog check ??
