Engineering student? According to my research so far on the net, allot of students seem to prefer the Texas Instruments TI-89 Titanium calculator. Money is very tight rite now so I am trying to get a feel for how much I need to put away and save ($140.00 is allot for me at the moment and I do not want a used piece of junk from E Bay or Craig's List).
I realize I need to probably discuss this with my professor/s but I am just looking for your opinion.
I have also read that some professors' do not allow graphing calculators in there classes. Is this true?
