What is the best power source for a bluetooth receiver?

I have an AUX input in my car's glove box, and I am looking to connect my iPhone 4 via bluetooth to some sort of bluetooth receiver (http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-F8Z492-Bluetooth-Receiver-Bundle/dp/B003V75S92). The problem is I cannot find something to power this with, since I am trying to eliminate cords by being able to put everything in the glove box, so I don't want to use the car charger.

I am hoping there is some sort of battery adapter that I can make/buy that will allow for everything to stay concealed. Would something like this work since the device I'm looking at requires 5v? Thanks!
