What is the best performance chips for a 99 Dodge Dakota.?

Ive been looking at the Jet Performance Module. I've just today seen the PCD performance Chip and SLR Performance Chip. Is there a difference between a module and a chip. The chips boast 50+ horsepower will i get that. Are they reputable companies (meaning PCD and SLR). I know that the Jet module is a trustworthy product but i haven't heard of these other two companies.
 
I would get the superchips flashpaq 3865, it has multiple levels of tuning, so you can go from a very aggressive tune to a mild or economy tune within a couple minutes, they are a very reputable company and I trust their stuff. for the tuner its about $350 at jegs.com
