What is the best media player to use with the Sansa Fuze and the Sansa Clip?

I own both the Sansa Clip and the Sansa Fuze. They are recognized by a number of media players: Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, Rhapsody and one can load them with music using all three. Is one of the three best to use or is there another that I do not yet know about?
