I took TaiKwonDo for 6 Years when I was around your age and loved it. It requires alot of discipline, concentration, and work but involved alot of 1on1 training so you're not stuck being in a group of 10 others being taught by the same individual.
Tae Kwan Do would be best for kicks, punches, speed, and strength but u arent going to get all of them in one.. not really anyways
u could take Jujitsu which is grapples and throws
