What is the best jetting combination for Kawasaki KLX250R?

Just want to find out what is the best air filter and jet size for the KLX250R 2007 model. Already have a FMF Powercore 4 ordered being sent. Just want to open the air and fuel mixture up so trying to find the best combination if anyone knows or has experience in this PLEASE ANSWER!!
