I'm getting ready for Navy Boot Camp in January. I'd like to know what incline should I set the treadmill at to simulate running outdoors. I will eventually switch to outdoor running but as of right now I am somewhat out of shape so I want to start off on a treadmill. I've been running for 25 minutes at a 1.0 incline at 5.3 speed. I know I have a long way to go but thanks for the answers in advance!
