1) Located in central CT (hot and humid summers, cold winters)
2) Owner does not want anything high-maintenance (I'm looking more along the lines of something I don't have to plant and rip up at the end of the season.)
3) Direct sunlight from about 11:30am until 5:00pm in the summers.
4) Soil is not sandy, but dries somewhat quickly in the summer due to sloped lakefront location and heat.
