I want to put some matting down on my basement floor but don't want to waste my money on garbage. I'll be putting exercise equipment on it as well as doing floor exercises on it so I want it to be durable but not so rigid that it's uncomfortable to do floor exercises on. I've been looking at various interlocking mats systems but haven't seen many good reviews. Any suggestions?
