what is the best garden in south australia for weddings? with no gum trees in sight.?

I'm having so much trouble to find a garden that takes my breath away. im looking for a garden with weeping willows, oak looking type of trees just anything without gum trees. i went to a garden today it was beautiful, but it was in the back of someones yard. not what im looking for. i really need help
