drink lots of water (nothing like gatorade, it has a lot of sugar) and fruit, like an apple or something. The carbs in bread and rice will be good too.
go for some lean protein. get a good amount of carbs. and have water or a sugar free fruit juice after your meal to help cleans. greens have good source of iron. help build you up. but after a workout, if you are trying to get big, try a protein supplement. Muscle milk, whey, size on, etc. good luck on your body building
