...abdomen (love handles)? I'm a pretty small built guy, and am trying to stay in shape and build a better body, but I am unable to lose the flab on the side of my body (love handles). I run around 3 miles every day and do a variety of upper body and ab workouts, but the side flab doesn't seem to change at all. Do any exercise gurus know any techniques or workout patterns to get rid of that flab?
