okay so i'm 18 years old. i actually do like my body shape, i can fit into size 0 jeans and can fit into small t-shirts. however i always have to suck in my belly when i wear something (lol) my stomach isn't huge but i do have a little bit of flab, people have told me it may be more easy for me to tone up but i don't know how. now i'm not looking to lose weight, i just want to sorta tone up my stomach. i'm 5'3 and weigh 105 lbs. anyone have any tips for me? thanks!
p,s i know i can probably get a membership at a local gym, however i do have exercise equipment at home. plus i would feel embarrassed in front of people at the gym
