what is the best cover up on the market.?

i do have acne and the cover up im using nutrogena doesn't help. it is making my skin flaky and oily and doesn't cover anything.! i put power foundation after that and it makes my skin look dryer but covers acne better then a bronzer because im pale as a ghost but it makes my acne spots orange. HELP
