S Sarah New member May 21, 2010 #2 I use mild olive oil for frying, much healthier that the other oils...anyway extra virgin olive oil is not supposed to be used for frying...i dont think....is it not just for drizzling on salads and things!

T THE UK WILDCAT FAMILY 09 New member May 21, 2010 #3 Peanut oil is the best but it gets expensive, i use wesson canola oil to fry them in and it doesnt leave a greasy taste to them...
