And I don't mean free (however, if it's possible let me know! lol) I mean those plans that start at $0 and you pay later. I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada so some plans may not work for me. But they're welcome. If anyone has any advice on plans that have worked out well for them or have any cellphone/smartphone.
