What is the best car audio video dash thing for the price.?

Hi, i am getting some subs and an amp and i figure what better to top it off with a nice dash (like the thing u up your cd's in i dont know the actual term for it lol) anyway i wanted to know what would be the best for the price for a audio or audio video one or both plzz add links my only mane requirment is a usb port for ipods etc. and if it is video it be tuch screen bc thats BA hahaha (like i said i dont know very much about the stuff so thats why i need your guyses help
