Try looking at getting janitorial accounts.Theres lost of companies that can get you the accounts Search google.To name a few theres janpro,janiking,anago.The startup costs are really low anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000.What you invest will determine how much you earn.Plus its an easy job evrybody knows how to clean.Plus if you lose the account due to them downsizing or they found a cheaper company your janitorial account provider will get you another account in placement of the lost one at no charge.But i have to let you know in advanced this is an independent contractor job.youll be your own boss that means youll have to go get a business license.You also have to get insurance and bonded but you can get that through the company that gives you the accounts.you will have to file your own taxes.And pay franchise fee and royaltee fees.and if you need help you can always hire another person maybe a friend.You might also have to buy mops and a vacuum cleaner etc. for startup.I think some companies help you finance that stuff.They might even let you finance the accounts also.If you can get your own accounts you get minus the royalte and franchise fees.I wish you good luck.
