What is the best branch of military to help with college?

Ive been thinking about joining the military to get money for school since my freshman year nearly bankrupted me. So far Ive talked to the Marines and the Air Force. Everyone says the Air Force is the best by far but Im not sure how accurate that it since I think that mostly comes from AF being the least likely to deport you. The first Marine recruiter I talked to really impressed me and said that I could get my school and housing paid for now and get 80,000 to use for school after my service is done to get a Master's I assume. He also said that when I see the education officer during boot camp and say that I want to go to school that they cant take me away from school which I interpreted as I cant be deported. Anyone know if this is accurate? But the 2nd recruiter that I saw made me want to get as far away from Marines as possible as his motive was to use scare tactics to get me to join and that makes me nervous. Anyway, as anyone knows this is a big decision and I am just curious if anyone with military insight or experience can shed some light on my problem? Basically Im looking for the branch that will pay for a good bit of my expenses but I want to finish college now, not get deported and finish it later. Thank you.

air force air force air force lol i am in the air force... trust me the air force... the air force is easy... try reserve... talk to an air force reserve recuriter... yeah lol

im joinin the Corp..an yea go Navy or Army man...you want to do college an use a rifle an be kinda cool..join Army..just want to study AirForce.. want to be a badass/pussymagnet/best shape/respect/ cALLED CRAZY?? Marine Corps!!

The GI Bill is the same for all branchs of the military. The Air Force is less likely to deploy, and if you do it will only be for a 90 day tour cause the Air Force is soft. If you join the Air National Guard, you are entitled to state (depending on your state) programs in addition to the federal GI Bill.

Please look into the Air Guard before deciding to go active duty, the guard is only part time with all the education benifits, active duty is everyday and that makes it difficult to finsih school (no manner what branch). Also check into your school ROTC programs.

im leave for marine bootcamp on the 20th, and they have the worst benefits out of all branches of the military. army always has good benefits because theyre always deseperate for rectruits. airforce i believe offers the best schooling benefits
