I want something that will get me excited about reading and keep me going from cover to cover ,, something that is not too sophisticated and not too hard with the language ,, English is my second language btw ..
the lord of the rings trilogy. i dnt think that these books would be best for someone who has never read a book before however i believe that they are exceptional books. especially if you have never seen the films.
The Harry Potter series is great, but it is complicated....
The Ranger's Apprentice series by John Flanagan is a good series, very action-filled and adventurous, if you like those kinds...the first book is a bit slow, though.
