What is the best book for a teen girl?

i am ill at the moment and my mum says she will buy me a book i want one i can really get into i am 14 and i really want a good read
 
hey im 14 too and i love pretty little liars by sara shepard, but altho u wont be able to put it down you will finish it very quickly :(

im reading the secret life of bees at the moment, and i really like that...
 
Well, anything by Sarah Dessen is really good, my two favorites of hers are Lock and Key and Just Listen. Also Elizabeth Scott is really good, my favorite book of her's is Perfect You.
Umm . .. . .Simone Elkese(sp?) Is a really great writter too. =) Hope you find what you're looking for.
 
NOT TWILIGHT. no matter what you hear about it, i could write better than S.M the characters are wooden, the dialogue stupid... i could go on.

but for a good read, try:

noughts and crosses
the divide
darren shan books
georgia nicholson books
the northen lights
rebel angels

it really depends on what you read like. If you are mature enough to read adult books and arent sensetive to subjects like sex and rape and death ect. i reccomend,

the davinci code
angels and demons

(both by dan brown)

the gargoyle (amazing)

any harlen coben book

the end of mr Y (also amazing)

and books in the series the dresden files by jim butcher, one of my favourite series of books. the most recent one being my favourite book. the first in the series is storm front.

Just make sure you dont mind going into detail on gory deaths, sex,
rape, magic, demons, satanism ect.
