what is the best april fools joke you have played or had done to you...?

i didnt realize it was april 1st and my girlfriend at the time made me think she was pregnant. it wasnt funny.
 
I told my ex, who I was still friends with, that I had missed my period. Felt guilty immediately as he went very white and had to say "April fool" very quickly. Looking back, it really wasn't that funny!
 
the rubber hammer and glass nails trick and dont forget an underwater hair dyer
 
Having all the clocks and my watch put forward one hour lol and getting to work very early!
 
fake cut my self and lay at botton of stairs lol parents thought i was dead they ran out of house screaming hahahahaha i was soooo grounded

I used to like to do this prank at a library, but you can do it practically anywhere. All the material that is required is a book, a dollar, or something else someone is likely to bend over to pick up and a piece of cloth that makes a loud ripping sound.

I would place the book or dollar out in the open, then wait for someone to come over and pick it up. When the person bent over, the moment they had stretched their pants to the fullest, I would rip a piece of cloth. It is amazing how many people would then reach back to check themselves out.

Though I guess that depends on which side you're on.
