Just doing some research on the next lens I should buy. I want the sharpest lens available, price is no object. I would prefer to stick with a canon lens, but other brands might be ok. I normally use prime lenses but I've heard some good things about the 17-40mm and the 16-35mm. Are these good buys? I just can't figure out what to buy. The most important factor is the sharpness, and I want something wider than 25mm.
Also, I'll be using this lens for weddings mostly. Maybe some landscapes.
