what is the best and most cost effective way to lift a 2wd mazda bt-50?

the cheapest way is to get a suspension lift kit and fit it yourself, it is rather difficult to do on your own and you will need some special tools
you may want to get a price from a suspension fitter before attempting it yourself

i got an 08 4x2 mazda bt-50
for visuals and better clearance i would like to lift.
considering suspension lift and/or body lift.

would an extended shakle raise the rear?

or should i go for a complete ironman lift kit or something

please help
