what is the best amp for 2 kicker cvr?

i'm probably going to get 2 cvr kickers they are 4 ohms 2008 model they will be in a ported box 12 inches each i was wondering what amp will be able to power them they are also 400w rms each and can they be powered by a monoblock or is a monoblock just for one sub? what would happen if they got over powered? if i get a sound system do i have to change the indash?

alright, u dont have to change the indash, i would i personally hate factory decks, but thats personal preference, u can get a mono block amp cuz ur subs are 4 ohms, so when u run them in paralell it will only be a 2 ohm load, i would get a kicker 750.1 zx, that way u keep it all kicker, and itll do 375x2 at 2 ohms, if u overpower the subs with a larger amp u could distort them and blow em, id stay with a 750.1
