What is the best 2 channel amp for 2 12" kicker l7's?

I have a friend who i am helping hooking up their car system. They need an amp and im trying to help them find one. I am very confused on some of the amps that i find. RMS Power @ 2ohm: 800W x 2 would that mean i could run it according to that specification on this one amp? let me know ASAP
it would be dual 2 ohms
